September Term, 1804

GEORGE MOORE and others

        Vs.

DAVID ROBERTS and ANNE ROBERTS, his wife (: petition  and subpoena has been 
served on ANNE ROBERTS only)

Petition for distributive Shares of the Estate of MOSES MOORE, deceased

It appearing to the Court that DAVID ROBERTS, one of the defendant in this 
case, is not a resident of this State, It is therefore ordered by the Court 
that publication be made for three successive weeks in the Raleigh Minerva 
that unless DAVID ROBERTS appear on at the next term of this Court to be held 
on the 1st Monday in December next and  file his answer, judgment will be 
taken pro confesso and heard ex parte as to him.
