An Act for the relief of Edward Owen, of Person county

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of North Carolina, 
and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That Edward
Owen of Person county, be, and he his hereby restored to all the
rights, privileges and immunities of a citizen of this state, as
fully, and to all intents and purposes, as if he had never been
convicted of the crime of petit larceny.
