This indenture made and entered into this The 1st day of March 1882 between
Frances M. Dixon & Mary A. Evans, of the county of Granville.  Bird W. Long 
and wife Cinderilla, Howell Evans & wife Emma, John Evans and wife Ella, 
Joanna T. Duncan John H Zimmerman & wife Sally B, Nancey W. Dixon, 
Geo. A Dixon, Susan G. Dixon, Louis A. Dixon Jno. L. Dixon & his wife 
Stella, of the county of Person, & Samuel A. Dixon and wife Susan of the 
state of Arkansas of  the first part & Elizabeth M. A.  Dixon of the county 
of Person of the other part.  

Witnesseth:  That the parties of the first part for an inconsideration(sic) 
of five hundred fifty dollars to them in hand paid by the said Elizabeth 
M. A. Dixon.  The receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath given, granted,
bargained, & Sold and by these presents do give, grant, bargain, Sell unto 
her the said E . M. A. Dixon her heirs and assigns forever the following 
tract or parcel of land in the county of Person. Adjoining the lands of 
Abner A. Dixon, Henry J Winstead, H. S. Winstead A. J.  Hester & others.  
This being half of the land that Jno. Dixon died seizrd (sic) of the 
boundrys(sic) of which will appear by refference(sic) to the plat made in 
the division of said land containing one hundred & twenty acres more or less.
InConsideration of the above sum the said Parties of the first part Covenant
for themselves their heirs Executors and Administrators to Covenant and 
Defend the right and title to the said tract or parcel of land to her the 
said E. M. A. Dixon her heirs and assigns forever in testimony whereof the 
parties of the first part hereunto set their hands and affix their seals.
