This file was contributed for use in the USGenWeb Archives by: Tierian "Randy" Cash TierianCash@msn.com ==================================================================== In the name of God Amen, I John Cash Senior of the County of Person and State of North Carolina being sick and weak of body but of perfect mind and sound memory, thanks be to God for the same, and calling to mind the uncertainty of this life do hereby make, ordain and declare this to be my last Will and Testament and make void all others heretofore made. 1st To my beloved wife Lucretia I give during her life or widow-hood fifty acres of land including the house & orchard where I live, a sorrel mare, cow & calf, bed & furniture & doz pewter plates, dozen Earthen plates & doz chains, dozen cups & saucers, 1_____ and a small pot all of which immediately after her death or marriage I give to and direct to be equally divided between all my daughters to wit, Miriam Morrow, Katy Blalock, Mary Blalock, Betsy Oakley, Tiracha Owens, Holly Cash, and Clary Cash, Becka Oakley the fifth acres of Land expected which land I direct at the same time divided equally between five of my boys to wit, Moses Cash, Aaron Cash, John Cash, Benjamin Cash, and Daniel Cash which I give to them and their heirs forever. I also give to my said five boys Moses, Aaron, John, Benjamin and Daniel all the remainder of my land or lands supposed to be about six hundred acres be the same more or less to be equally divided between them immediately after my death which land I give to them and their heirs forever. Item, I give to my son Daniel the bay Filly Item, I give to my son Michael five shillings Item, I give to my daughter Holly one cow & calf and confirm her right to all bed & furniture she has already received Item, I give to my daughter Clary a cow & calf and confirm her right to all bed & furniture she has already received Lastly I direct that as much of the remainder of my estate not before given away be sold to pay all of my just debts and the remainder to be equally divided between five of my sons viz, Moses, Aaron, John, Benjamin, and Daniel which I give to them and their heirs forever, and do hereby nominate and appoint my sons Moses Cash and John Cash Executors to this my Last Will & Testament.
