Person County In the Probate Court

In the matter of the administration of the estate of William DIXON 
before JD WILKERSON Probate Judge.

Isaac DIXON being sworn doth say:  that William DIXON, late of said 
County, is dead, without leaving any Will Or Testament; and that 
Isaac DIXON proper person entitled to Letters of Administration on 
the estate of the said William DIXON.

Further, that the value of said estate, so far as can be ascertained 
at the date of this application, is about $50.00 and that Isaac DIXON 
are entitled as heirs and distributees thereof.

Sworn to and subscribed before me, this 23 day of Nov 1869
