Person County in the Superior Court.

In the matter of the will of JW DIXON senior before DW Bradsher Clerk 
Superior Court.

JW DIXON JR being duly sworn, doth say:

That JW DIXON SENIOR, LATE OF SAID County is dead, having first made 
and published his last Will and Testament; and that JW DIXON JR is 
the executor named therein.

Further, that the property of the said JW DIXON senior consisting of 
Person Real Estate is worth about
$------, so far as can be ascertained at the date of this application,
 and that WS DIXON, Cornielia  A N WORR (sic), Esther WINSTEAD, 
Mallie B THOMAS, Jessie HESTER, JW DIXON JR are the parties entitled 
under said Will to the said property.

Sworn to and subscribed before me, this 18 day of May 1904
