TO THE HONORABLE CLERK OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF PERSON COUNTY: The undersigned respectfully shows that a petition is about to be filed in the Superior Court of Person County for the purpose of dividing between the widows and heirs at law respectively of Edward DIXON and James DIXON, both now deceased, a certain tract of land lying in Person County, said state, formerly owned by the said Edward DIXON and James DIXON as tenants in common in equal shares. And it is further shown that among the heirs at law of Edward DIXON, interested in said land as such heirs at law, there are nine infants without general or testamentary guardians in this state, to-wit: John Lewis DIXON, Nannie Irene DIXON, Lloyd DIXON, Alex C DIXON, Alonza McCoy DIXON, Thelma Jane DIXON, Vera Ellen DIXON, Christine Odessa DIXON, and Ressa M DIXON: and that among the heirs at law, there are six infants without general or testamentary guardians in this state, to-wit: Emma DIXON ROYSTER, Eddie Green DIXON, Bettie Lou DIXON, Mary Ann DIXON, Morris DIXON, and Ethel DIXON.
