Archives, Box Number C.R. 078.508.15 North Carolina January 2nd 1823 Person County It having been made appears to us that Henry FULCHER late of this county who resided in the Said County at his death is now dead, having made no Last Will and Testament as it is reported to us. and from the Best Information we can obtain from the family of Said Deceased, it is presumable a part of his Perishable Estate may become wasted so as to the injury of the Heirs of Said Estate. In consideration of which we have agreed to act of Assembly Papers in the year 1816-Met at the Clerks Office in Said County and Examined the Inventory produced by Tyrrell FULCHER one of the Heirs of said deceased and we are of the opinion that a part of Said Perishable property is liable to become wasted and as there appears no objection on the parts of the other Heirs of Said Deceased. We have granted Letters of Administrations to the Said Tyrell FULCHER of the rights and Goods and Chattels of the Said Deceased until next court which we suppose will happen sometime in February next with full power to Collect all Debts due the Deceased and to Sell the following Property (to Wit) Five Head of Cattle & 2 Horses. 9 Hogs, 3 Sheep. All the Bacon. All the Corn, Fodder, Oats & rough Food, all the Hogs lard- The said Tyrell FULCHER named entered into Bond for his Said Adminstrationship until next court as forsaid in the security of Five Hundred Dollars with George L.
