Benjamin JACOBS Person County, NC Will

In the name of God Amen. I Benjamin JACOBS Fealing myself weaker in Body but
in Strong mind as usual  do make and Ordain this my last Will and Testement
As follows.
Item I give and Bequeath to my beloved Son Moses JACOBS my young gray mare
saddle and  bridle  my shot gun powder horn Shot bag
Item my will and desire is that all the residue of my Estate of What Ever
kinds I leave shall be Devided as By law devises to my beloved wife Nancy
and my children that is to say Jamima Polly Calep Elijah and Moses to them
and their heirs forever . My will and desire is that my beloved Son Calep
JACOBS Elijah JACOBS to be my Executors and Executer and fulfill this
My last Testement as witness I have set my hand and seal this 6th day of May
1815.
