LEWIS BRYAN PUGH BIBLE

NOTE: This Bible appears to have copied from an older Bible, possibly 
the old Pugh Bible. Lewis Bryan Pugh was the son of William Augustus 
Pugh and his wife Mary Coart. The handwriting is exceptionally fine 
except for the last entry indicating all except that entry were done 
by Margaret Pugh Laughinghouse. A scanned copy of the Bible was sent

Lewis B. Pugh was born on Wednesday the 5th day of December 1810 at 
3 o'clock in The afternoon

Margaret Jane Pugh Daughter of Simon Bright & Rachel his wife was 
born on the 11th day of February 1823

Mary E. Pugh was born on saturday morning at 8 o'clock August 
the 16th 1845

Rachel Francis Pugh was born on sunday morning at 8 o'clock January 
the 17th 1847

Margaret Ann Pugh was born on Saturday the 7 day of April 1849

Sarah Louisa Pugh was born on Tuesday the 13th day of April 1852

Lewis Bryan Pugh was born on Wednesday the 23rd day of May 1855

Laura Eleanor Pugh was born on Wednesday the 27th day of August 1857

DEATHS

Lewis B. Pugh Sr departed this life on 25th day of January 1859

Lewis B. Pugh Jr departed this life on day of September 1868
