It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, JONATHAN 
FELLOWES is not a resident of this State, it is therefore ordered by the Court 
that publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that unless 
the Defendant appear at our next term of Court to be held for the County of 
Pitt in the Court House at Greensville, on the 1st Monday in May and 1st 
Monday in August and replevy and plead, judgment will be entered up against 
him.
