Hadrianus Van Noorden v. John Bedient & James Johnston

Injunction Bill

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court, that John Bedient and James 
Johnston are not inhabitants of this State; it is therefore ordered that the 
said defendants appear at the next term of this Court, to be held at the Court 
House in Greenville in said County on the first Monday in September next and 
answer the Bill of said Complainant, otherwise the same will be taken pro 
confesso against said Defendants. It is further ordered that a copy of the 
order be published three weeks successively in the Raleigh Register and Star.
