I also give unto my daughter Eliza one fifth part of my land containing one hundred and eight acres, also one bed, bedstead, and furniture, I do give unto my daughter Eliza and her heirs forever. As witness I do hereby set my hand and seal this the 30th of April 1847. Palmer Cannon [seal mark] Attest Benj.
