Bill?] (son of Chancie) and all their future increase, to have and to hold to her the aforesaid Francis Ann Frizzle, her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns [forever] the above described negroes, and all their future increase, and I, the said Jonathan Frizzle doth covenant and agree to warrant and forever defend the aforesaid negroes [to] be free and clear from the lawful claim or claims of any and all person or persons whatsoever. In testimony whereof I, the said Jonathan Frizzle hath hereunto set my [hand] and seal this the fourteenth day of November AD 1832. This 7th day of March 1833, before [me] Robert Strange, one of the judges of the Superior Courts of Law and Equity, in and for the State aforesaid, came William Clark, one of the subscribing witnesses to the within deed, and proved the execution thereof.
