26 Dec 1818 - Indenture between David Kennedy to Joel Patrick both of Pitt 
County, $750 for a tract of land containing 150 acres in Pitt County, 
adjacent to his own line, north side of Nuse River, south side of 
Bucklesberry Swamp, Wm Pugh's house. Land purchased of Jesse Gardner.
Witnesses: Jesse Gardner and Levi Gardner
Pitt County Court Feb Term 1819
Deed exhibited in court and ordered to be registered.
