Rountree, [page gutter] for negro boy Wyatt aged about five years. We the undersigned do [warrant] and defend the title of said negro to the said Absilla P. Rount[ree], [her] heirs and assigns, against the lawful claim or claims of any per[son or] persons whatever. Given under our hands and seals, March 29th, 1858.
