CHARLES WESLEY TWINE

   SUFFOLK – A funeral service for Charles Wesley Twine, 51, was held at 2 
p.m. Saturday in Sidney F. Harrell Funeral Home by Elder James P. Council III. 
Burial was in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens.

   Twine died Thursday in a hospital.

   A native of Greenville, N.C., he was a heavy-equipment mechanic for the 
state department of highways. Twine attended Church of Jesus Christ of Latter 
Day Saints in Franklin. He was an Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War.

   Survivors include his wife, Betty Lowe Twine; four daughters, Jeanne Twine 
and Heather Twine, both of Suffolk. Shelby Jane Jones of Payson, Utah and 
Tracy Twine of Parvo, Utah; a son, Michael Twine of Suffolk; a sister, Ruth T. 
Byrum of Windsor; two brothers, Hillery Twine and Billy Twine, both of 
Suffolk; and four granddaughters.
