That my executor (hereinafter named) shall provide for my body a decent burial, suitable to the wishes of my relatives and friends, and pay all funeral expences, together with my just debts, howsoever and to whomsoever owing, out of the moneys that may first come into his hands as a part or parcel of my estate, including the purchasing and placing stones at the head and foot of my grave. Second. I give devise and bequeath to my niece, Ida Beaman, wife of William Beaman on bed and bed stead and bed clothing for the bed. Third. I give and bequeath to my niece Neta Holloman one bed and bed stead, and bed clothing for the bed. Fourth. I give and bequeath to my nephews Elias Mc=D. Bergeron and Wiley Dildy, son of John F. Dildy, the beds, bed steads, and clothing for the beds and also the bed room suite in the room known as the Parlor, equally divided between them. Fifth. I give and bequeath to my nieces Betty Mercer, Ida Beaman and Neta Hollowman all of my pictures in the Parlor equally divided between them. Sixth. I give and bequeath to my nephew Wiley Didly son of John F. Dildy one roan mare named Mollie raised by me now in my possession. Seventh. I give and devise to my nephews Elias McD. Bergeron and Wiley Dildy son of John F. Dildy all that tract of land now owned by me to them and their heirs in fee simple forever. Eight. My will and desire is that the residue of my estate including beds, bed clothing, household and kitchen furniture, mules cattle hogs, bees & corn fodder, all the crops of every description that may be upon the farm after taking out the devises and legacies above mentioned shall be sold and the debts owing to me collected and if there shall be any surplus over and above the payment of debts, expenses and legacies, that such surplus shall be equally divided and paid over to my nieces and nephews (viz) Ida Beaman, Neta Hollowman, Elias McBergeron and Wiley Dildy son of John F Dildy in equal portion, share and share alike to them and each and every of them their executors, administrators and assigns absolutely forever, after giving each of my nieces and nephews not mentioned twenty five cents I money to them or their personal representatives. Ninth. Now whereas my nephew Wiley Dildy son of John F. Dildy is a minor of the age of about Twelve years and will not be of the full age of twenty one until the 15th of September 1914. Now therefore, my will and desire is that B. A. Caraway is hereby appointed and constituted guardian of my nephew to have to hold the custody and guardianship both of his respective person and estate, until he the said Wiley Dildy the son of John F Dildy shall severally arrive at the full age of twenty one years. And lastly, I do hereby constitute and appoint my trusty friend C. L. Barrett, my lawful executor to all intents and purposes, to execute this my last will and testament, according to the true intent and meaning of the same, and every part and clause therefore, hereby revoking and declaring utterly void all other wills and testaments by me heretofore made.
