Petition for Dower

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that one of the defendants in 
this case, , BARNABUS BURROW,  is  not an inhabitant of this State. It is 
therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for three successive 
weeks in the Patriot, printed in Greensboro’, that unless the defendant appear 
at our next Court to be held for the County of Randolph in the Court House at 
Asheboro’ on the 1st   Monday in February   next,  then and there to plead, 
answer or demur, judgment will be taken pro confesso against them.
