Sci Fa to Sell Land

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that two of  the defendants, 
HENRY MOFFITT and ADAM MOFFITT , are  not inhabitants of this State. It is 
therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive 
weeks in the Patriot, printed in Greensboro’, that unless the defendant appear 
at our next Court to be held for the County of Randolph in the Court House at 
Asheboro’ on the 1st   Monday in August  next,  then and there to plead, 
answer or demur, judgment will be taken pro confesso against them.
