Justice’s Execution Levied on Land

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants, ROBERT 
WOOD, ZEBIDEE WOOD, ANN GRIFFIN, JESSE LEWIS, BARZILLA WOOD, JONATHAN 
ALEXANDER and his wife, ANN ALEXANDER, ELI CAULK and his wife, SARAH CAULK, 
HESTER HOOD, ------- HACKET and wife, SARAH HACKET, ------ HACKET and his 
wife, CATHERINE HACKET, are  not inhabitants of this State. It is therefore 
ordered by the Court that publication be made for three successive weeks in 
the Patriot, printed in Greensboro’, that unless the defendant appear at our 
next Court to be held for the County of Randolph in the Court House at 
Asheboro’ on the 1st   Monday in November   next,  then and there to plead, 
answer or demur, judgment will be taken pro confesso against them.
