The Standard of Raleigh, Aug. 5, 1863
NORTH CAROLINA, RUTHERFORD COUNTY, Court of Equity, in vacation, 28th July, 
1863.-- WILLIAMSON FORTUNE, Adm'r Cum Testamento annexo of HEZEKIAH 
BLANKENSCHIP, deceased, and others, vs. J.W. BLANKENCHIP, HAMPTON BLANKENCHIP, 
and  JOSEPH PULLUM and wife SARAH.
   A petition has been filed in this Court for a settlement of the estate of 
the said HEZIKIAH BLANKENCHIP, deceased, and it appearing that the defendants 
are non-residents of said State, publication is therefore ordered to be made 
in the Raleigh Standard for six successive weeks, notifying the defendants to 
be and appear at the next court to be held for said County at the Court House 
in Rutherfordton on the 2nd Monday in September next, there and then to plead, 
answer or demur to plaintiff's petition or judgment pro confesso will be taken 
as to them, and an account ordered and the estate settled.
