Attachment Levied on Land
It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant in this case, 
GREEN PARSONS ,  is  not an inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered 
by the Court that publication be made for three successive weeks in the 
Patriot, printed in Greensboro’, that unless the defendant appear at our next 
Court to be held for the County of Randolph in the Court House at Asheboro’ on 
the 4st   Monday in February   next,  then and there to plead, answer or demur 
to the attachment, judgment will be taken pro confesso against them.
Witness, HUGH McCAIN, Clerk of our Court at office in Asheboro on the lst 
Monday in November A. D. 1841
