It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the Defendan, JOHN SMITH , 
is not an  inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered by the court that 
publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that unless the 
said Defendant appear at the  next Court to be held for the County of Randolph 
at Asheborough , on the 1st Monday in February next,  and plead, answer or 
demur to this petition, judgment  by default will be entered up against him.
