In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that  the 
defendant, WILLIAM BEESON, is  not  an inhabitant of this State. It is 
therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive 
weeks in the Patriot, printed in Greensboro’, that unless the defendant appear 
at our next Court to be held for the County of Randolph in the Court House at 
Asheboro’ on the 1st   Monday in February  next,  then and there to plead and 
replevy,  otherwise, judgment by default will be entered up against him.
