NOTICE
STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA   SUPERIOR COURT OF LAW
RANDOLPH COUNTY, June Term, 1831

        VS.

JOHN G. MOSS

Petition for Divorce  Now Pending in Randolph Superior Court 

JOHN G. MOSS, the Defendant, will take notice that the petition will, on 
Wednesday, the 22nd day of May next, at the Court House in Marengo County, 
State of Alabama, proceed to take the deposition of DAVID HOGAN and others, 
and on the 23rd day of July next, at the Court House aforesaid, the petitioner 
will take depositions of AUSTIN ESKRIDGE and others, to be read as evidence on 
behalf of the petitioner in the trial of the above cause; when and where the  
defendant can attend and cross examine the witness if he think proper.
