Samuel Russell POA, 23 Jan. 1793

Know all men by these presents that I Samuel Russell of Randolph County
and State of North Carolina, for diverse good cause and consideration 
me hereunto moving have constituted and appointed Julius Blaylock of 
Chatham County State aforesaid my attorney to law to sue for recover 
and receive any legacy or legacies property or properties bequeathed or
descending from the Estate of Philip Russell Dec'd of the County of 
Wythe and Commonwealth of Virginia. I do by these presents Constitute & 
appoint the said Blalock with full power & Authority to sue for recover
& receive all such Legacy or Legacies property or properties the same 
as if I my self were present. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and seal this 23rd Jan'y 1793
