AUGUSTINE WILLIS AND WIFE AND OTHERS

Vs.

ADMINISTRATORS OF REUBEN WOOD, deceased and others

Petition for Account and Distribution

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that one of  the Defendants, 
JOHN WOOD, is not an  inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered by the 
court that publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that 
unless the said Defendant appear at the  next Court to be held for the County 
of Randolph at Asheborough ,  and plead, answer or demur to this petition, 
judgment will be taken pro confesso against them and heard ex parte against 
him.
