Sundry Attachments and Executions 

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant in this case, 
LEVI B. BRONSON, has absconded so that personal notice cannot be served on 
him. . It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for three 
successive weeks in the Patriot, printed in Greensboro’, that unless the 
defendant appear at our next Court to be held for the County of Randolph in 
the Court House at Asheboro’ on the 1st   Monday in November  next,  then and 
there to plead, answer or demur to the attachment, judgment will be taken pro 
confesso against them.
Witness, HUGH McCAIN, Clerk of our Court on the 1st Monday in August A. D. 
1842.
