William Bell to Absolum Vickory Deed 50 acres

422. This Indenture made this 17th of July in the year of our Lord 1804 
between William Bell on the one part & Absolum Vickory on teh other part 
Both of the County of Randolph & State of No Carolina witnesseth that 
for & in consideration of twenty pounds lawfull money of the affsd. 
State by him the Sd. Absalom Vickory to the Sd. William Bell in hand 
paid the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged that the Sd. Wm. Bell 
hath give granted sold & conveyed & by these presents do give grant sell 
& make own, same to the Sd. 
Absolum Vickory, his hires forever one Certain Tract or Parcel of Land 
lying & being in the County of Randolph on the Waters of Deep River 
Begn. on a White Oak Thomas Close s line N. 16 Chs & 95 linkis to a 
Black Jack then Wt. 29 Chs & 50 Links to a Stake,  then So. 16 Chs & 95 
links to a Stake on Clarcs line then Et. on Sd. line to the Begn. in all 
Containing fifty acres to have & to hold, the Sd. 50 acres of Land with 
the Appertenans thereunto Belonging with all Rights Benefits & 
Privileges to him the Sd. Absolum Vickory his heirs forever & the Sd Wm 
Bell for himself his heirs Exrs. Admn. & assignees forever do agree to 
warrant and defend the Sd tract of Land and every part thereof to the 
Sd. Absolum Vickory his heirs forever In Witness hereof the Sd. Wm. Bell 
hath hereunto set his hand & seal the day and date above written 

State NoCarolina  }  August Term 1804 
Randolph County   } The Execution of the above Deed of Conveyance was 
duly Acknowledged in open court by William Bell & ordered to be Recorded
