     This Indenture made this 2nd of May Ano Domana
one thousand eight hundred & twenty Six between Solomon
Wall of the County of Randolph and State of North
Carolina of the one part and Britin Wall of the same
County and State of the other part, Witnesseth that
the said Solomon Wall for an In consideration of the 
Natural love which he hath and bareth for him hath
given and Granted and by these presents doth give 
and grant unto him the s,d Britin Wall a
Certain tract or parcel of Land lying and being
in the County of Randolph on the Waters of deep
River, Beginning on a Stump Thomas Hinshaws
Corner runs East ten Chains to a black oak bush then
South 16 Chains to a Black Jack then East 5 Chains
and fifty links to a post oak then South twenty
five and a half Chains to a Stake then East Eleven Chains
to a black oak then North Sixty Chains to a hickry
then West Twenty nine Chains and twenty Links
to a Stake then South to the Beginning Containing 
one hundred and twenty five acres of Land Containing

one hundred and twenty five acres of Land Be the same 
more or Less together with all and Singular the Conven=
=eances apportainanus to the s.d Land, Belonging as 
Apportaining to have and to hold unto the s.d Britin 
Wall his heirs and Assigns for ever and the s d 
Solomon Wall for himself his heirs Executors and
Administrators by these presents Warrant and 
Defend the s d. Premises unto him the s.d Britin 
Wall free from any Claim or Incumbrance whatsoever 
In Witness whereof the said Solomon Wall hath here=
=un to set his hand and affixed his seal the day 
and Year above Written---
