The Standard of Raleigh, July 9, 1862
   DIED, -- After a brief illness of only eight hours, on the 30th of June, 
near Trinity College in Randolph County of paralysis, ELIZABETH BLAIR, consort 
of JOHN BLAIR, deceased, in the 67th year of her age. She was a consistent 
member of the Society of Friends,m and beloved by all who knew her for her 
benevolence and disinterested kindness.
