State of North Carolina Randolph County                            

To any Minister of the Gospel Regularly Cal’d to any Congregation Or to any
Justice of the peace within this State. You or any of you are hereby authorized
and impowered to Solemnize the rights of matrimony between Richard WRIGHT [and]
Nancy MORGAN agreeable to act of General Assembly in that Case made and provide,
Witness, Absalom TATOM Clerk of said Court this 15th day of Novemr. Anno domini
1780 - A. TATOM CC
