I will and direct that my Executors herenafter named pay all my just debts and funeral expenses out of my estate, Item 2nd. I will and bequeath to my son Frederick Pearce, all my lands on the west side of Uharrie upon his paying to my estate Two hundred dollars , to him and his heirs forever. Item 3rd. I will and bequeath to my son Jesse Pearce all my land lying on the east side of Uharrie , wheron I now reside upon his paying to my estate Five hundred dollars , to him and his heirs forever, Item 4th. I have heretofore given to my sons Zebedee Pearce , Eli Pearce , Allen Pearce , Ezra Pearce , Samuel Pearce and Lindsay Pearce all their portion of my estate , except what I have willed to them in another clause of this my will. Item 5th. It is my will that my Executors hereinafter named , sell all my personal property not heretofore willed or disposed of , and the money arising from the sale of my personal property and the remaining portion of my estate after paying the several bequests be all equally divided in twelve equal parts between my children and grandchildren, to wit, Unis children one share, Willeys children one share, Gellys children one share, Jennys children one share , and Jesse, Eli , Allen , Ezra, Samuel, Lindsay, Frederick , and Zebedee each one share, Item 6th. I nominate and appoint my sons Jesse Pearce & Frederick Pearce to be my sole Executors to this my last will and testament , revoking and disannulling all former will or wills by me heretofore made and ratefying and confiming this to be my last will and testament.
