In The Name of God Amen, I Laughlin Campbell of the County of 
Randolph and State of North Carolina Being in perfect Good Health Blessed 
be God, and Considering the uncertainty of Life, do this third day of June 
one thousand seven hundred and eighty-six Make and Publish this my Last 
Will and Testament, in Manner and form following) that is to say) First, I 
give and devise to my son Malcomb CAMPBELL one hundred and sixty nine and a 
half acres of land the half of my whoe Tract of Land of Three hundred and 
thirty acres of Land; and his Division shall be made on the End of said 
Tract as He now lives on:

Also I give and devise to my son John CAMPBELL one hundred and sixty nine 
and a half acres of Land the other half of my said Tract of Land and his 
divisions to be made on the End where I now dwell; In consideration that my 
said two sons Malcomb CAMPBELL and John CAMPBELL shall pay to my son Daniel 
CAMPBELL fifteen pounds Each of them To wit, that Malcomb CAMPBELL my son 
shall pay to his Brother Daniel CAMPBELL fifteen pounds Speice in one year 
next after my Decese, also my son John CAMPBELL Shall pay his brother 
Daniel CAMPBELL fifteen pounds Speice in one year after my decease; also I 
give to My son John CAMPBELL my big Bible; also I give to my loving brother 
Alexander CAMPBELL fifteen pounds Speice;

also I give to my daughter Catherine Campbell MARLY Ten Pounds Speice; also 
I give to my daughter Margaret Campbell UNDERWOOD Ten pounds Speice;

also I give to my son Malcomb CAMPBELL my desk.

I make and ordain my son MALCOMB CAMPBELL My sole executor of this My Will. 
In Trust for the intents and Purposes in this my Will Contained, In Witness 
Whereof I the said Laughlin CAMPBELL have to this my Last Will and 
Testament set my Hand and seal the day and year first above written

Signed and sealed by the said Laughlin CAMPBELL as, and for his Last Will 
and Testament, in the presence of us; who were Present at the signing and 
sealing Thereof
