I give and dispose of the same in manner and form herein afore mentioned have by revoking. I discount all former wills and testaments by me made allowing and confirming this to be my last will and testament financially. First of all, I recommend my soul into the hands of almighty God who gave it and my body to the earth to be buried at the discretion of my friends. Item that there be as much of my moveable property to be sold as will pay my just debts such as my wife may conclude to have the best. Item I give and bequeath to my well beloved wife Elizabeth all the rest of my moveable property and the use of any lands except one chest, one bed and bedding, one red cow called Star and her calf and one colt called Fly during her widowhood but in case she should not continue a widow to have a child’s ? Item I give to my daughter Rachel one chest, one bed and bedding, one red cow called Star and her calf. Item I give to my son Timothy, one colt called Fly. Item I give my son Abel one dollar Item I give my son James one dollar Item I give my son Alexander one dollar Item I give my daughter Polly one dollar Item I give my son Elijah one dollar Item I give my daughter Lydah one dollar Item I give my son John one dollar Item I give my daughter Elizabeth one dollar Then when my children are raised and my wife had her support during her widowhood if there be any of my property left for my children, all should have an equal part only the two oldest be considered to have had as much of their parts has been given to them in this will more than what the rest has had given to them. I appoint my wife and Miles McDaniel executors of this my last will and testament.
