RANDOLPH COUNTY, NC - WILLS - Abraham Harrison, nuncupative will --------------¤¤¤¤¤¤-------------- A copy of the nuncupative will of Abraham Harrison is as followeth. Ulz, First he requested all his just debt and funeral charges be paid. Secondly his desire was for his son Robert Harrison to have all his land. Thirdly for his sons Hutson Harrison, Allen Harrison and his daughter Sarah Harrison should have all his moveable property & that it should be equally divided amongst them that is the will of said Abraham Harrison made on his dying bed and that he was in his proper senses when he made the division amongst his children. November 16th day 1803. State of North Carolina} Randolph County } February Term 1804 I hereby certify that the forgoing is a copy of the nuncupative will of Abraham Harrison. That it was proven in open court by John Allison and order by the court to be recorded. At the same time John Allison administered on the estate of said Abraham Harrison Deceased with the will annexed. These are therefore to authorize and impower the said John to enter upon his administratorship agreeable to the copy of said will.
