This file was contributed for use in the USGenWeb Archives by: John German german@jarman.net ============================================================== Will of Isaac Robbins 27 December 1807 Randolph Co., NC, will book 3, page 96 (North Carolina State Archives, microfilm C.081.80001) In the name of God Amen, I Isaac Robbins of the County of Randolph and State of North Carolina being of sound and perfect mind & memory do this 27th day of December in the year of our Lord 1807, make and publish this my last will & testament in manner and form following that is to say I give to my beloved wife all the household furniture and all the other property belonging to me with the dwelling house that I now live in while she is my Widow except my land which I give to my son Daniel Robbins and all the property that I have gave to my beloved wife if she should marry shall be took and divided amongst my children or at her death namely Isaac, John, Zekiel, Richard, Thomas, Anner, Elizabeth, Ann, Amy & Keziah Robbins and I reserve my mare while I live to myself And I hereby make and ordain my son Ezekiel Robbins Executor of this my last will & testament in witness whereof I the said Isaac Robbins have to this my last will & testament set my hand and seal the day that above written.
