ITEM I leave unto my daughter, Mary Cox, one hundred and twenty five acres of land where I 'know' live beginning at a walnut tree at the Northeast corner running west thirty five chains to a corner Hickory then south and east for compliment. Also one ____ horse and one Gray colt and my waggon and ____ and five dollars. ITEM I leave unto my daughter, Hannah Cox five dollars. ITEM I leave unto my daughter Jane Cox five dollars. ITEM I leave unto my son Jacob Cox my land on Little Polecat Creek in Randolph County containing one hundred and sixty four acres. ITEM I leave unto my son Nathan Cox all the rest of my land on both sides of the creek to the River from the millford to the 'Buffalowford' mills and all smith tools. ITEM I do hereby constitute and appoint my daughter Mary Cox to be my executrix and my son Nathan Cox to be ! my executor of this my last will and testament and the balance of my property equally divided if any. Revoking and disannuling all former wills in witness whereof to all and any part of the above said will signed and sealed in the presence of us.
