I, Jacob Lineberry, of the County of Randolph and State of North Carolina, being weak of body but of sound memory, blessed be God, do the twenty-ninth day of September in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred & Twenty one, make & publish this my last will and testament in manner & form following, that is to say - First, I recommend all my just debts to be paid to be raised & sold out of my movable estate, & also all my land I give and bequeath unto my wife Catherine Lineberry as long as she lives or during her widowhood & also the remaining part of my estate, if any, to be hers during her life for her maintenance, & after her deceast I devise and give all the remaining part of my estate to be sold and equally divided amongst my children vis. John Lineberry and Elizy McDaniel and Jacob Lineberry and Thos.
