I give and bequeath to my wife Elendor three hundred and forty acres of land on which I now live, all the household and kitchen furniture, one cow and calf, and the crop that may be on the said land at my decease, during her natural life and after her decease, the above mentioned premises to be divided between my two sons Enoch and Joseph, in the manner following. 2nd. I give and bequeath to my son Enoch all of the above mentioned land on the west side of Bush Creek, to him and his heirs forever. 3rd. I give and bequeath to my son Joseph the balance of said tract of land--it being the part of the above mentioned tract of land on the east side of Bush Creek, to him and his heirs forever. The rest of my estate not mentioned above to be sold and equal division made between my other sons and daughters whose names are as follows: James, William, John, Isaac, Jeremiah, Nathan, Jacob, Nancy, Sarah, Elendor, Margaret and the property left to my wife except the land at her decease to be sold and an equal division made between my last above named sons and daughters and I do acknowledge this to be my last will and testament, revoking all other by me made, appointing James Swafford my executor this 27 August 1830.
