WILLIAM N. BUNDY et al
        vs.
JOHN BUNDY et al

Petition to Sell Lands

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that JOHN BUNDY, 
WESLEY NEWTON and wife, ORPHY, JAMES LESTER and wife, MARY, ANN ELIZA BUNDY, 
EBENEZER BUNDY and MARTHA JANE BUNDY, do not reside in this State. It is 
therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive 
weeks in the North Carolina Argus in Wadesboro, notifying said defendant non-
resident to be and appear at our next Court of Equity to be held for the 
County of Richmond at the Court House at Rockingham on the third Monday in 
September next. Then and there to plead, answer or demur to this petition 
filed. Otherwise judgment will be taken pro confesso and the matter will be 
heard ex parte as to them. Witness JOHN D. SHAW, Clerk of said Court at office 
in Rockingham on the 25th of July A.D. 1859.
