JOHN T. ANDREWS

Original Attachment to Land

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that defendant, 
JOHN T. ANDREWS does not reside in this State, it is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina 
Argus, published in Wadesboro, notifying said non-resident defendant, to be 
and appear at our  next term of the  Superior Court of Law to be held for the 
County of Richmond at the Court House in Rockingham on the third Monday in 
March next. Then and there to plead, answer or demur to this petition filed. 
Otherwise, judgment will be taken pro confesso and the matter will be heard ex 
parte as to him. Witness R. S. McDONALD, Clerk of said Court at office in 
Rockingham.
