STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA     COURT OF EQUITY              RICHMOND COUNTY
March Term, 1857

WILLIAM FAIRLY, Administrator of FLORA LYTCH, deceased
                    vs.
ARCHIBALD PRIEST and SARAH PRIEST

   In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that DANIEL 
LYTCH, one of the parties in this suit is a non-resident of this State, it is 
therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive 
weeks in the North Carolina Argus, a newpaper published in the town of 
Fayetteville, notifying said LYTCH, non-resident, to be and appear at our next 
Court of Equity to be held for the County of Richmond in the Court House at 
Rockingham on the third Monday of September next. Then and there to plead, 
answer or demur to this petition filed. Otherwide judgment will be taken pro 
confesso and the matter will be heard ex parte as to them. Witness JOHN W. 
LEAK, Clerk of the said Court at office in Rockingham, on the third Monday in 
March, A.D., 1857.
