JOHN K. GIBSON, WM. H. GIBSON, DEMSEY GIBSON & wife, AGNES, AARON GIBSON JR., 
NELSON GIBSON, BARGELLA GIBSON, SAMUEL GIBSON, STARLING GIBSON, DANIEL W. GIB- 
SON, MARY GIBSON, HUGH McLEAN and wife, FRANCES, AARON GIBSON and wife, SALLY, 
JAMES GIBSON and NANCY GIBSON, distributees of WILLIAM GIBSON, deceased.

Petition for Distribution

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the 
defendants, NELSON GIBSON and AARON GIBSON and wife, SALLY, reside beyond the 
limits of this State: It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be 
made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina Argus notifying said 
defendants, non-residents, to be and appear at our next Court of Pleas & 
Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Richmond at the Court House at 
Rockingham on the third Monday in July next. Then and there to plead, answer 
or demur to this petition filed: Otherwise judgment will be taken pro confesso 
and heard ex parte as to them. Witness MALCOLM L. DOUGLASS, Clerk of said 
Court at office in Rockingham on the third Monday in April A. D. 1850
