JOHN A. GIBSON, Adm'r of DARBY GIBSON
        vs.
NATHANIEL GIBSON, et al

Petition to Sell Real Estate

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the 
defendants, MARTIN SEALS and wife, BETSEY, ANN LOVIN, and STEPHEN LOVIN, 
reside beyond the limits of this State: It is therefore ordered by the Court 
that publication be made for six successive weeks in the N. C. Argus, a 
newspaper printed in the Town of Fayetteville, notifying said defendants, 
MARTIN SEALS and wife, BETSEY, ANN LOVIN, and STEPHEN LOVIN to be and appear 
at our next Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for Richmond County 
at the Court House in Rockingham on the 3rd Monday of January next. Then and 
there to plead, answer or demur to this petition filed: Otherwise, judgment 
will be taken pro confesson and heard ex parte as to them. Witness, CHARLES C. 
TERRY, Clerk of said Court at office in Rockingham on the 3rd Monday in 
October, 1854 A. D., in the 79th year of American Independence.
