SOLOMON MORGAN Attachment levied on personalty, ROBERT THOMPSON, ISAAC EWING JR., NOAH SHEPHERD, DAVID GUINN, JOHN MONROE, NELSON G. CHANCE and WILLIAM KELLY summoned as garnishees In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, SOLOMON MORGAN, resides beyond the limits of this State: It is therefore ordered by the Court that pulications be made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina "Argus" notifying said defendant SOLOMON MORGAN to be and appear at the next Superior Court of Law to be held for the County of Richmond at the Court House in Rockingham on the third Wednesday of March next. Then and there to plead, answer or demur to this petition filed: Otherwise judgment will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte as to him. Witness WILLIAM B. COLE, Clerk of the said Court at office in Rockingham on the fourth Monday of September, A. D. 1850, in the 74th year of American Independence.
