                      EXECUTOR'S NOTICE
At the October Court of Richmond County, the Subscribers qualified as 
Executors of the Last Will and Testament of CHARLES MALLOY, dec'd,  we hereby 
request those indebted to said estate to make immediate payment, and those 
having claims against the same, will present them with the time prescribed by 
law, otherwise they will be barred of a recovery.
