It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina Journal notifying said non-residents to be and appear at our next Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Richmond on the third Monday in July next then and there to show cause, if any they have, why a division of said land should not be ordered according to the prayers of the Petitioner.
