and wife, CATHERINE, MARY McINNIS; SALLY McINNIS & EFFY McINNIS, O.B. WITMORE.

Petition for Sale of Land

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the 
defendants, NEIL McINNIS; ANGUS McINNIS; NANCY McINNIS; ISABEL McINNIS; ELIJAH 
BRAMMEL, and wife, CATHERINE, MARY McINNIS; SALLY McINNIS & EFFY McINNIS, 
reside beyond the limits of this State: It is therefore ordered by the Court 
that publication be made in the N. C. Argus, a newspaper published in the town 
of Fayetteville, for six successive weeks notifying said defendants, non-
residents. to be and appear at our next Court of Equity to be held for the 
County of Richmond at the Court House at Troy on the 3rd Monday in September 
next. Then and there to plead, answer or demur to this petition filed. 
Otherwise judgment will be taken pro confesso and made ex parte as to them. 
Witness O. B. WITMORE, Clerk and Master of said Couort at office on the 3rd 
Monday in March A. D., 1852.
